Stuart Pearce has appointed a new member of staff at #nffc. John Marshall will leave the FA as senior scout to join as head of recruitment

This appears to be an excellent addition to the club, John Marshall is currently in Brazil with the England squad scouting the opposition and other group teams. Stuart Pearce and his little black book of contacts are going to prove very useful to Forest I think.

This is far more important than the players we might sign.

If all Pearce does for us is three midtable finishes, but while doing so builds a sound structure in the club with high quality people in every position then it will be a job well done.

I just hope he is give enough time.
