Although I'm not keen on Everton I personally think its a reasonable move for him-he'll play plenty of games and be in the spotlight. If Everton get relegated he'll be picked up by someone else so hes on his way...

I work in a school and had picked up a rounders ball on the field which I was going to give to the sports staff when I saw one of them. I bumped into the Leicester fan and had be conversation about Garner, at which point I said if he goes to 'your lot' I'll eat this ball. Of course back then the main options were he stayed at MU or came to us, so I thought.
