But Aina can play either side. Someone has to be going, we have Aina, Williams, Aurier, Omar, Toff, and "Jakobs" 6 wing backa for 2 roles, rule out Toff for a ban still leaves 5 plus Biancone.

I know. But I had assumed Aina was purchased for the left. He's primarily right sided so would slot in there perfectly.
Plus there's the rumours of Aurier being offered to Saudi.
Plus, as much as he's a nicely solid player, Aurier doesn't fit with the pace thing and nearly always turns back to pass inside or back.

Strange one for us youtube scouts, he's played 60 times for Monaco but barely any footage of him, its mostly with Senegal. Definitely has the hallmarks of being an attacking wing back than a defending full back. All roads leading to 3 at the back this season.
