Incident Involving Billy Sharp

Haych

John Robertson
Is Brewster the Cnut who was wearing a champions league medal to training when he was on the books at the scousers even though he never played?

Journalists will always want somebody to sneer at mate. I wouldn't read too much into it.

Football matches have never been safer to go too.
Rio Ferdinand claimed football was going 'back to the 80s'..

1) you're too young to have watched live games in the 80s, Rio
2) you're too thick to have any idea of social unrest 30-40 years ago, Rio
3) it is absolutely incomparable in every marker of comparison.

Unfortunately, people will listen and the media will report this as fact. My ex misses ranted at me that football was a toxic, racist environment watched by thugs.. (she quoted Rio). She's wrong. Rio is wrong and you, my friend, are bang on right!

Seen it before mate bouncer type security in A Block, causing conflict without need. All this sniping puts pressure on the club. I think I would rather watch Notts than cope with that shit again.

The right wing media hate the police far more. Not even ultra right.

Right or left they all have the same background and the same sense of superiority over the masses. The political slant is mere semantics the mentality is the same.

There all as bad as each other, they must piss themselves when the everyday man is arguing amongst themselves re politics.

Yes the offer from all is pretty much the same. Big government, big tax, big spend, big waste.

I would feel uncomfortable if they did tbh, especially with so many unable to go, and already bought tickets in any case.

Wouldn't turn down a ticket for a home game in with the Legends mind, I could make Dads year with that

You have become a LEGEND, Zoe.
It has made me proud to say I am a Forest fan... thankyou for taking the time to organise that.
I hope Billy gets in contact with you personally.

We had 26k 1 x idiot rightfully gets knicked and sent away seems he had previous.

Their manager pushes the ball maybe not hard but aggressively into an opposition players stomach. Then returns to stare out opposition fans.

A non playing opposition player has alleged to have stamped on an opposition fan.

Not a big fan of pitch invasion myself but this is getting ridiculous, yes we get negative press but the conduct from a professional team like Shef Utd is questionable

No, I just set it up and chucked the first donation in. It's everyone else that's run with this, shared it, donated and tweeted that are the Legends.

Any chance this will be a turning point and people might actually do as requested and stay off the pitch. The problem is that even decent people have thought it ok to invade the pitch at times. It's done real damage to the club's reputation. There will always be the odd nutter but surely the rest can just stay in the stands and stop spoiling things for others.

He had no previous mate. He will be wishing tonight every Dibble in Notts had lined that pitch on Tuesday.

I promise to stay off the pitch until we win the premier league

It was exaggerated in the 80's as well, certainly the late 80's. The great man regularly used to call the media out on their crap. Derby away was the exception, that was not for the weak.

Nope.

You set it up and without that none of the people chucking donations in and sharing it would have been possible.

The humility is a class act too but really you should be proud of the response.

You're famous Zoe. It's blown up all over the media.

Not many people would have thought of what you did so well done and you deserve all the recognition and plaudits you're getting

Meh someone else would've done it if I hadn't. As evidenced by someone on here asking if there was a fundraiser set up.

I AM proud, but I'm proud that the fans of my club (and others besides) have chucked in to demonstrate their revulsion for what happened.

It's blown me away truly, and I can't believe how it's exploded, but if it hadn't been me it would've been someone else, I just provided the vessel, so legend is vastly over egging my contribution, as kindly as it was meant.

Has it? I did a short zoom call for itv.(looking as rough as owt as I'd just got in from work after being up since 4, and he wouldn't wait, complete with helmet hair ), and I've seen the mentions people have posted in the charity thread. Donations have calmed down tonight

100% it’s forestzoe

Your leadership on this has been fantastic

Well personally I think you turned the tide where the media were just focusing on a single idiot amongst our fanbase.

You've shown everyone that overall the Forest fans have class.

Just own it Zoe :D
