Halford off to Bolton apparently

Gary

No wonder my post count..
:faceslap:

He doesn't want to go, very convenient injury timing that!

I know. He probably saw the news and then picked a fight with Assombalonga just to get out of going.

He goes with my blessing, and he'll always be welcomed back. Not one of our greatest players, but not one who disgraced himself, either.

Played with passion?!!SP saw him at qpr last season, his attitude was crap.No chasing back, couldn't care less. His card was marked from that day on.Onwards n upwards....

Always puts a shift in?

Last year when we conceded he was one of the first players to lose interest and start moaning. (Another was Henderson).

One game I remember is when we conceded and the. The left winger torn him a new one as he lost interest!

Was thinking the same thing myself.

In the 20+ years I've supported Forest his performance at QPR is one of the worse I've ever seen.

Ok for a mid-table team which we aren't any more.

For me he had a stinking attitude and several games I saw last season, he clearly wasn't even trying! How he could be seen to have 'passion' is beyond me! We've moved on from his level, and I certainly won't be sad to see a demotivated, uncommitted player go.

He didn't let us down in his first season for us, and did an admirable job up front on occasion last season, but I've never particularly
liked him much as a person! He came across as somebody only interested in himself, and thinks football owes him a living. On Twitter he was always moaning about things and always talking about himself. And he stopped showing an interest in Forest last season, and seemed more interested in his former clubs Portsmouth and Sheffield United.

As with most things, if Pearce doesn't think he is up to standard then that is good enough for me.

And to think our last manager was playing him as a centre forward yet having him train with defenders all week. Poor bloke. Wish him well.

Not seen this posted anywhere, but Pearce mentions him coming back from injury... maybe entering into his thoughts as a squad player.

“Certain managers don’t hold stock about what they see in training or Under 21s games – I do.

“I base my team selection at times on what I see in training. Who’s got their tail up?:hey: Who’s doing particularly well?
