Heffing Psycho!
Steve Chettle
Bit more from Henshaw, this lad is a bit of a statistical monster at CB, seems like a proper moneyball signing if he can transfer those numbers to Premier League football
Yeah I suppose we do need players in the door who are willing to be ‘back up’.
Definitely not Cooper’s choice.
He's a young player who can cover multiple positions (he's also played left back). Perhaps not an automatic starter, but over the course of the season he'd be a very handy player to have in the squad.I’m not sure people are writing him off so much as trying to find his role in the squad.
As a right footed defender he is likely limited to RB, RCB and CCB. Assuming talk of Niakhate is correct from Daniel Taylor, he would have to beat out Worrall or McKenna for a CB role.
With that being unlikely, it leaves RB where his stats are a little less impressive and his top flight french experience is more limited
Why what?Why?
Oh for sure, think I said the same thing that he is an ideal and valuable bench player. Don’t think that’s writing him off, just being realistic about opportunity in the current set upHe's a young player who can cover multiple positions (he's also played left back). ??It just feels a bit 2019-ish
Perhaps he means in the [insert random foreigner name here] nature of the deal.
Why, unless you're privy to his thoughts, you're claiming that signing this player won't have Steve Cooper's approval. Why what?
Athletic reporting that a £5m fee has been agreed.Any fee mentioned?
Watched a few highlights, he is right footed and appears to like to get forward a lot, looks strong, only 22. Appears quite similar to Matty Cash.Ah, and transfermarkt has him as left-footed although he plays primarily as RCB and RB. This makes him an ideal bencher for the defence.
