He played 33 games for Troyes, it says he’s a right back but he seemed to play all over the place unless transfermarkt was wrong.
10 games at CB, 5 at LB, 5 at RB, 4 at RM, 3 at LM!
Could be a squad player that can cover loads of positions.

His role is all over the place. Most a CB for Troyes, but played LB for them aswell. Played RB previously against lower opposition in Belgium, but was moved across the defence even at that level with games at CB and LB

Being suggested that he will act as cover for RCB. Previously would have had Mbe Soh, Cook and Panzo as depth (assuming Niakhate is actually close). Makes sense to add one more versatile piece who can be used in numerous ways. More valuable on the bench than Cook or Mbe Soh
