Also, I love the jelly from a Pork Pie.

It might be a bit posh for lot of you, but also the jelly from a decent Patè :chefsKiss:

That's me, you and chaospunx vs the pork pie lover brigade so far then. Pretty strong team but we lack depth.

Oh- and Fabrizio says we're still working on this deal if anyone gives a shit.

Serious question. And don’t hate on me but….
Do you eat that white shit on the top? My mum and dad used to scrape it off. 🫢

Hell yeah.

I was bought up on drippin, so I've got no problem with the skim.

But my Mrs can't be in the same room. 🤣

I was hoping the Sevilla link could easily merge into Iberico ham and other such cured meats. A Spain vs UK pork off if you will
Ok.

Wiltshire ham beats Iberico ham.

But (at the risk of being ostracised) .....Spanish tapas in general beats a Sunday roast 😲

There’s a stall in the Markthalle in central Stuttgart (which is effectively a big building packed full of superb foodstuffs) that does sensational tapas, including their own Iberico hams, which absolutely melt in the mouth.

I am a fan of tapas though, I do like the concept of a beer and a couple of small plates.

Now don't get me wrong....Yorkshire Puddings are incredible. And roast beef, gravy and yorshires would be one of my favourite things in the world.

But the veg and stodge on a Sunday roast I can do without.
We tend to have chicken here - skin's great. I like a Yorkshire pud, cauliflower cheese is nice but I'd never choose to have a Sunday roast.

I'd rather do cow mun gai with the chicken.
