Well that’s logicalAppeal over the 4-point deduction to start w/c April 22nd. Forest are hopeful of having their punishment reduced by at least one point

Yep, why havent they started it already. Or are they too busy congratulating Chelsea on how many hotels they own or getting all those issues with man city lined up so they can forget all about them next season too.If ours is Week Commencing 22nd, Everton are like 2 weeks behind us. So likely to find out after the season ends which is a disgrace in itself
I agree,it is a disgrace-but I don‘t think Everton will be in the bottom 3 when the season endsIf ours is Week Commencing 22nd, Everton are like 2 weeks behind us. So likely to find out after the season ends which is a disgrace in itself
Unless we win at Goodison CloughieI agree,it is a disgrace-but I don‘t think Everton will be in the bottom 3 when the season ends
(appeal or no appeal) so it’s probably irrelevant in terms of the drop.
The result of the Forest appeal will be known before the final round of fixtures on May 19 so
it will be clear at the close of play whether Forest or Luton are relegated.
Even in the event of Forest winning at Everton I don’t think they will finish in the bottom 3,Robbo-they still have a home ‘banker’ against Sheffield United and winnable gamesUnless we win at Goodison Cloughie
Give them more, Hopefully Commission sees that the Double Jeopardy claim is patheticEverton appealing their latest deduction.
Give em more, I say!
More like too busy waiting to see the final standings. Should we survive, 1 or 2 points back. Should we be bottom 3, nothing back.Yep, why havent they started it already. I've not got an issue with clubs selling an outside asset such as a hotel etc as it's a business at the end of the day and if it can generate funds for the club that's fine. I just don't think it should be included as part of their profit inclusion for PSR just the same way that infrastructure doesn't count against PSR.Sorry this Chelsea hotel business surely brings more questions if they are allowed to include in PSR? London real estate is a hell of a lot more expensive in comparison to any other city in the UK and puts any London club at a huge advantage if they can sell off assets like that, albeit to themselves. I don’t have the knowledge that some have on PSR and legalities of it all but if a club can sell a hotel for such an enormous sum, due to their geographical location, then surely that should be deemed an unfair advantage.
But the thing is if Infrastructure costs aren't included in PSR why can a Sale of infrastructure be used in the PSR calculationsI've not got an issue with clubs selling an outside asset such as a hotel etc as it's a business at the end of the day and if it can generate funds for the club that's fine. That’s where I see an issue in that it counts towards PSR. To get close to the rumoured 75 mill they are raising we would be looking at MGW or Murillo along with another 20 mill player. It really doesn’t sit right with me that they can whack a hotel sale on to their PSR and the Premier League deem that acceptable.I've not got an issue with clubs selling an outside asset such as a hotel etc as it's a business at the end of the day and if it can generate funds for the club that's fine. So if EM builds the new stand and the 100+ apartments - whic he could say he was building for the 'staff' and then decides to to sell them for £50m - that would be ok by the epl thenI agree that's the point I'm making mate
Quelle suprise!Looks like even the PL has realised how inept the PL is and are hoping to get the Everton appeal sorted before the PL season ends...View attachment 38285
Well as it stands it would be...until they remember it's Forests accounts and whack us with an 8 point deductionSo if EM builds the new stand and the 100+ apartments - whic he could say he was building for the 'staff' and then decides to to sell them for £50m - that would be ok by the epl then
