Speaking of Boston United,I went there in 2005 for a pre-season friendly before we started
life in League One under Megson.
The dismal 0-0 draw with the likes of Eaden,Padula,Friio and Dobie playing didn’t advance
much evidence that we were in for a good time.
I suffered the same..

So are we finding out our punishment this week? If so hopefully they just announce it today and put
us out of our misery, The Uncertainty is not nice whatsoever
If the meeting was on Friday which seems to be the general consensus then they will have preside over our evidence/mitigation. That's another day of meetings in itself, there could be another to decide the sanctions depending on how much there is to consider. This is all assuming that the panel were all able to conveine today, they might not all be available at the same day/time until another date in the week.

A big part of our mitigation must be the amount of points we have already lost unfairly because of the ref/Var.

It won't play any part. That's not related to the charge and it's an entirely different issue. Our mitigation will solely be based upon the reasons why we did breach PSR, the timescale in breach, what we have done to addressed it and the discussion around sporting advantage.

That is why you need good legal representation to make sure we can mitigate where possible and I thought that was a reason we have hired a super lawyer?

And they will....but in the correct areas. Arguing we've been on the end of poor refereeing decisions is not mitigation for breaching PSR. If De Marco threw that in the panel of KC's they would think he's lost the plot.

It's clearly not mitigation for breaching psr but there would surely be valid mitigation in respect of the punishment we receive and I would expect a top lawyer to mitigate the psr and the penalty because of the mitigating circumstances

I would except even a shit barrister to not argue that. It's got absolutely no bearing or the potential sanctions whatsoever. That's for a different case entirely to brought, one FWIW I don't think would get off the ground anyway as it's far too complex and would cause such a retrospective cluster**** that it could collapse the game entirely.

The panel have got the power to use discretion when deciding the penalty and I don't think it's too complicated to show why leniency should be shown

They have, but again, the referee/VAR decisions has absolutely no relevance or bearing on any potential points deduction.
