I assume you've had this answer before - Assuming he starts, then he'll play far more minutes than he could in the U23s, and in a much more physical and competitive environment.Once again, I fail to understand what benefit you will have from sending three leagues down the ladder a young player who was considered almost first team material last year.
Not sure that he was almost first team material last year - the few times he did play, he looked to be muscled out of the game - which is exactly the kind of thing he'll learn to adapt with in League Two.
