Just more damning evidence of how far we've fallen behind as a footballing nation. Countries with far smaller populations than ourselves are able to produce far more technically able players while we stick with our cloggers and hard workers. Fair play to Hodgson for trying to drag us out of the Jurassic era of football, but there's little he can do with the mediocrity we currently produce and coach.
