Hourihane will go to West Brom, James Chester is made of glass and is considering retirement, they could sign Barkhuizen I've not seen any other clubs interested but having 10 players lined up when you have a squad of 5/6/7 where at least 2 want to leave is probably not enough anyway, especially when none in the article are Goalkeepers!

They will almost certainly have a wage cap as part of their embargo. I can't see the likes of Hourihane and Chester wanting to drop to League One for £5k per week or less.

Derby were relegated due to being punished for overspending and consistently bending and breaking the rules; all deliberate actions by the club.

They still benefited from ill-gotten gains in terms of players last season. If they’d been punished earlier and lost players in the summer (after those players eg Waghorn kept them up), they wouldn’t have had the half decent team they had and would have been even worse.
