oh ok, he's bound to be getting a game soon I suspect, is it 2 games out if you collect 5 yellow cards? A few of our defenders are on them.
One game for five. Two games for ten.
Then a clean-slate round about the end of January if I remember.

I do agree with a lot of you who say we need a genuine left back, but what about Jara? He played against Millwall in midweek. It's transfer deadline day tomorrow so maybe Billy has that in mind.
Sorry for the daft questions: so if Lichaj gets 5 he's out for one, then it continues until he gets 10 and then out for 2? After that revert to 0? Am I right now?
Yes, if the ten cards happen before (somewhere around) the end of January.
After that, the counter is reset so you have to get to (I think) fifteen cards to get a two game ban.

I think if you manage to accumulate 15 cards before it's reset you get 3 games, not sure if anyone's managed this...
I may be wrong, but I have a suspicion former Bolton niggler Kevin Davies achieved this feat - he certainly holds the overall record for Yellow Cards (100) and most fouls (782).

Who you going to drop? Cohen can't play as a holding midfielder as it just totally wastes his attributes, so choose from Lansbury, Reid or Majewski.
Still first choice left back for me. Just wish we'd play a less rigid diamond and have a bit more fluidity so any overlapping runs Cohen makes see him in space.
Failing that, could play him alongside Guedi in a 4-2-3-1, but those are pretty much your options and as far as I can remember this forum went into utter meltdown last year when we started with one up top.

Exactly as you put it. 4-2-3-1. Next to Gued/leadbitter/Lansbury.. Two proper wide men and a number 10 to picik through defences. We'd need a decent striker and left back unless Harding decides to show up, as he was alright on Saturday.

This most creative player stuff cracks me up. What people tend to mean by that is prettiest one touch lay offs in the centre circle. He's a lovely player but a lot of fans have bought a myth. Instead of judging him on some intangible technical merit, judge him on his actual contribution to the team. It's been negligible so far this season.

I like Raddy a lot, if he hasn't got a striker making intelligent little runs he does seems less effective. Not been his best this season so far.
I'm a little surprised that Billy keeps starting him tbh, he usually likes the more robust type.
