On the sole basis of the running he's done for Costa Rica this tournament, I'd prefer him over Abdoun. At the very least, he seems to be a pretty honest pro.
As a FC Copenhagen supporter I can tell you, that the Christian Bolaños, that I have seen at the world cup, is definitely not the same guy, that has been invisible most of last season.
He has had almost nothing to offer for us recently, and there is a reason as to why he has left us without a new contract being offered.
On the other hand, if he can perform like at the world cup, then he would definitely be a huge asset for us at Forest, but I am not sure, that I am interested.

His last goal for us was however a crucial one, which the week after helped us secure 2nd place and a chance of qualifying for the Champions League.

One of my friends is a coach, and friends with Ståle Solbakken. Solbakken doesn't rate Bolanos mostly because of his poor workrate defensively. Then again, he didn't rate Gamboa either.
Off topic, what's your opinion on Ståle S. outside of him almost dying for FCC?
