Whilst Francis is a true Forest legend, Bart-man was my generation. He was part of the side which I grew up watching in the 90s.

This one has really shocked me. A completely lovely guy that lived so well off the field. I got the pleasure of being around him when I did some work in schools coaching and picked him up from his place on Leicestershire. Such a genuinely nice guy. Played like he had mirrors on.

Really sad if true, my generation too and in my first few seasons as a season ticket holder.
Social media makes it all worse, everyone wanting to be the first to say something and make it about themselves, or places like roguesgallery seeing it as an opportunity for exposure to post their work.
