Various Spanish articles refer to him as left-footed too.

Seems he turned down Cardiff in January and Fulham were linked with him this summer.

PAOK too, like I said. They wanted him in January but they couldn't get rid of a huge contract of a worthless CB they had. PAOK's new Portugueuse DoF has brought in some good players, so this Chema cannot be worthless.

I wouldn’t pay much attention to WhoScored’s assertion that one of his weaknesses is aerial duels either; there’s no chance Cardiff would be interested in a centre-half who is weak in the air.

Milo is our best current CB, so similar stats at a higher playing level must mean he is marginally better? Fingers crossed anyway for the new hermano de robbo.

2+1 contract is more sensible, in my opinion.

If he’s bomb squad by next summer, I’m sure we can loan him back to Spain.

If he’s a hit, we’ve got him for his best years.

RB Jorge Miramon, Sebastian Corchia,aurelio Buta.

CB Vujadin Savic,Loick Landre,Chema,

I would’ve been all over Corchia too but according to reports in Spain and Portugal (when he went on loan to Benfica) he’s on upwards of 50k a week, so I don’t think it’s a goer. Benfica paid Sevilla a hefty loan fee too. Good player though.
