Why is it always the Brentford fans that turn out to be utter pricks?

Can we talk about maple syrup and whether mounties are still a thing. They were a lot more fashionable in the 90's.

Interstingly enough, my province (Alberta) wants to get rid of the Mounties and replace them with armed vigilantes. Or, perhaps, a pronvical police force. As for maple syrup, it still tastes good.

It sounds quite genuine that him and his troublesome Dad have visited Brentford a few time for talks over the last season, along with our continued interest he knows he's wanted and will be a regular starter.

Would this not be tapping up another clubs player and a repeatedly breaking the rules on Brentford’s part?

I don’t think it sounds at all plausible to be honest.

Also whilst I can see him moving, I can’t see it being to Brentford. There’s almost no upside to it. You’re probably not going to pay him more, he’s going to be in front of much smaller crowds and there’s no real progression or chance of trophies. That’s not to belittle Brentford, you’re ahead of us in terms of league standing & have done an incredible job to be where you are. But he’d be leaving for no genuine personal or career gain. If we’d got relegated then I could absolutely have seen it, but now it doesn’t make any sense at all. Im not sure the appeal of 8th/9th is worth uprooting his life, less or the same money & a similar lack of trophies.

He will leave Forest & it could be this season, but I’d be amazed if he left for anywhere other than a Liverpool, Arsenal, Spurs, Chelsea or Newcastle type deal.

Then again it could be totally something that happens. Who knows I guess.

In my defence I always go to my Morris Dancing Convention at the end of the season, you know this that where we met, not my fault ya weren’t allowed to stay cause ya had nee bells for ya knees, so this year when it finished I decided to take a little time to enjoy my real passion of painting wildlife, I’m really good at painting and drawing and that sort of stuff I’m sure you’ve seen ……anyway here’s proof I ain’t just been idling my time away, this sort of work takes time, it was a real labour of love ……not finished but you can see it’s taking shape.
