And if you haven’t already done so, read Danny Taylor‘s book, it’s mint.
I would really like to see a book about the second European adventure.

Oddly I got bought the book Reds vs Rams (I only consider Liverpool as our rivals). I might have to destroy the half that talks about the sheep shaggers. Nice to see your team selection is close to mine.

That side that demolished Sheffield Wednesday 7-1 away
Apologies I didn't actually read the OP, I thought it was best actual starting eleven

Although to be fair even if we're talking all time, that side would give you a run for yer money

Sutton, Laws, Pearce, Walker, Cooper, Stone, Bohinen, Keane, Woan, Clough Collymore for me, honorable mentions for Reid, Hodge, Sheringham, Phillips, Dawson, Antonio and Crossley which I suppose could be the subs bench.

As much as I'd love to include many of the 90's stars, I was too young to remember the Clark and Bassett teams as well as I'd like to and wasn't taken to enough games back then.

With that in mind, using players from the 00's, 10's and 20's...

Samba

Cash Dawson, Felipe Lodi

Yates Danilo

B.Johnson Gibbs-White Antonio

Awoniyi

Subs: D.Henderson, Worrall, Aurier, Cohen, G.Williams, Reid, Assombalonga (pre-injury)

I've tried to go for those who played a few seasons for Forest although Felipe is the obvious exception because his class stands out so much.

GK: Mark Crossley

RB: Matty Cash
LB: Stuart Pearce
CB: Des Walker
CB: Felipe

RW: Brennan Johnson
LW: Ian Woan
CM: Roy Keane
CM: Andy Reid

CF: Bryan Roy
CF: Stan Collymore

Reserves: Steve Sutton, Nigel Clough, Gary Crosby, Louis-Jean, Colin Cooper, David Phillips, Scot Gemmill, Sheringham, Antonio, van Hooijdonk, Bohinen, Stone, Cohen, Dawson, Julian Bennett (just because). And might aswell chuck MGW in there aswell. This is so difficult. I need a beer.
