Away Pubs near City Ground

Bryn Gunn

Cash is King!
City centre or Notts county

That's about it.

Although I have seen fans mixing more in recent years.
Depends who we play, they weren't letting Brum in any pubs around west bridgford, but I've seen other clubs in them.

Somewhere like labyboy would be ok if the OP is looking for a place to take an away fan

I know that Nuno that I know that Nuno that I know
The Cocked Hat at Strelley

They’d certainly make the Norwich fans welcome. They could swap hints on how to seduce your own sister

Is the Social Club open still at Strelley, I did some rough gigs there about 10yrs ago, and the 'Rose'too?

Now long-gone, but arguably the roughest Nottingham hostelry I've ever had the pleasure of visiting, which, from a decades-long resident of Sneinton is quite a statement.
Snap.
I walked in there suited and booted to pick something up from my bird's Dad and the place literally dropped silent.
To this day I have never been so relieved to see anyone as I was him that night.

i felt like that once on a night out in ripley. On a saturday. Bust AF it was. How we still managed to stand out as not local still amazes me to this day. Decided to have a pint of 'Big Hands' instead.

I remember going out in Ripley 30 odd years ago and there was a black lad in our group, imagine that f***er!

i never knew it was there until me and mates had a poeker game in the entertainments room. Gotta say the venue in itself looked alright

We used to play live gigs there back then, they had a couple of 'boxing punch bags' hanging in the venue room near the stage. I don't think the local chavs appreciated a 100 or so rockabillys/ teddy boys turning up for a bop. ;)

Theres a boozer in the Meadows on the walk from the train station to the ground, looks rough as f***, been tempted to drop in there a couple of times.

Poets Corner?

I can remember the Medz bar, which I think was knocked down a few years back for the tram extension. I bet whoever was in charge of that job had to sleep with one eye open for some time.
