Re: [BUPA] Arijanet Muric

From what I can see, this lad goes straight in as first choice, with Pants backing him up.

Steele out the first team picture where he belongs.
Yep. Sofia is a long old trip to make unless City had given some sort of prior nod. Looks like a younger version of Stojković, with that little glint of madness in his eyes. Hopefully a bit better than Vlad was too.
I doubt Pantilimon will stick around for that. He came here to be first choice rather than sat on the bench at Watford in a higher division, after all.

He'll be fine with it. He aint getting any better offers.
Serial bench warmer at Man City and Watford. I think he'll be happy doing the same here. Still got another 2 years on a contract that he's unlikely to better anywhere else.
Maybe our Greek friends can inform us of their goalkeeper situation? On the face of it Pants does seem to be a fit for them.Any Greek teams need a keeper?
I never understand the "priority" remark, it doesn't work like that in life so I don't see why it should in football. You take what you can, when you can. If you see a clear upgrade, you take it when you can.

I think the young man deserves his own thread, what with MON scouting him out personally. I'd be very happy to see him in on loan.
I also like the thought of building a relationship with Man City while we are trying to get out of this league.

Spoke to my old man today who is a City ST holder and had a chat about Muric. Things he is class and alot better than Pants. Apparently those at City have very high hopes for him.

If he's a Pep keeper, does this mean we should expect 70 yard perfectly weighted through balls?
