Just logged on to buy Bradford tickets and this new etickets website isn't recognising me as a season ticket holder. Anyone else had this? The tickets are appearing full price and under the "My Tickets" section it says I have no tickets. The season ticket uused to be listed there before I'm sure of it.

In addition to that, it looks like season ticket holder seats aren't reserved? (unless that's down to it not recognising me as a season ticket holder?). Very very pissed off that I won't be in my seat for the first game back after 500+ days.

AND IN ADDITION TO THAT, the website doesn't display seat numbers anymore! WTF is going on!
Seat numbers - it does, you just have to hover really carefully over something the size of a pinhead and the arrow becomes a hand (or the other way around) and a little popup does actually show the block row and seat number. It's definitely not as good as the previous system.

Only the downstairs is open so us Trent end uppers are displaced.

And there's no option for print-at-home tickets or e-ticket on your mobile so you've either hot to traipse over to the ticket office to collect or pay £1 for postal.

Welcome to the 1980s.

So, my wife texts me today to say I’ve got a letter from Forest, and should she open it. I tell her yes, because if they want me to play for them at the weekend I’ll have to get a new pair of boots.

She replied “ok” and I didn’t know if she was playing it deadpan, or knows more than she is letting on about the state of recruitment at Forest!

Still no sign of our season cards arriving and no record of them when I look at my account. All I have is a confirmation email and the first V12 payment leaving my account. When you call the ticket office they just tell you it will arrive before the Bournmouth game, without even taking your details to see if there may be a problem.

What’s the minimum age for Trent end? Can I bring my baby in with me in a sling? I wouldn’t bring a pushchair in, mind.

I believe the minimum age is 4 years old, the website used to simply say "no babies in arms".

"...but what about the screaming shouting and crying?"
- "the baby will get used to it..."

I’ll give the TO a ring when it’s a bit quieter then
No the age is 5 I believe for the whole stadium, they gave a special dispensation to the little boy who has downs syndrome a few years ago.

They'll never let you in with a baby in a sling, if someone barges into you (accidentally) and you go flying and the worst happens they could be liable for corporate manslaughter.

My season card now shows when I log in to my account online, I guess this is a sign that its on its way. Although its just charged me full price for Bradford tickets rather than the SC holder reduced price...

Roll on Saturday!

NFFC ticket office now telling people they have to print out e-tickets because they can't scan bar/QR codes on phones.

Can they go and have a word with eg Tesco, Sainsbury's, ASDA in fact just about any retailer who are mysteriously able to perform this act of black magic.

We really aren't very good at some stuff are we.

The club is rightly accused of living in the 1980s from time to time...

Well, most of the supporters are stuck in the 80s, so that's alright then.

I am disappointed to find Forest - yet again - lagging behind (badly) when it comes to the matchday experience.

Why don’t they have electronic tickets that you can save to the wallet on your smartphone?

It’s 2021, there is absolutely no reason at all not to have this nowadays.

Badly implemented change in ticketing system is my guess

Could be a football thing. The barcodes didn't scan for a lot of us at Cov last week, even the fella on the gate said its useless.

That just sounds like excuses though?

QR codes have been around for years, my local side uses them, you just get the electronic ticket emailed to you and then save it to the Wallet on your phone and scan it onto the reader at the gate, simple as anything?

This is proven technology that’s been rolled out at loads of other clubs. Don’t understand why Forest (not for the first time) seem to be being run about as well as Arkwright‘s corner shop in Open All Hours?

Totally agree mate. I worked for a print company that were putting barcodes on tickets for Dutch teams years ago. We also did the Oyster cards that were used on the underground and we did millions of those, can't remember getting many rejected at all.It really shouldn't be such a problem.

Can you remember the 1st year they had cards? f***ing nightmare at turnstiles with about 50% not scanning/working properly.
