I think the Everton appeal established the principle that 10 points is unrealistic when the sanction
for administration is 9 points.I think we’ll get a 3-6 points deduction next week (with possibly some
suspended-which I wouldn’t mind as it hopefully will encourage EM and the recruitment team to
focus better and spend money more wisely).
A scruffy 1-0 win tomorrow would be great (that would give us a 4 better goal difference already).

I've just looked back. Everton's initial points deduction was announced Friday November 17th by the look of it. That was in the middle of the November international break, so there is precedent for using the break for the announcement.
