I think the only reason he was left out of Norwich's starting 11 was that they knew they were definitely going to sell him in this window. They needed the money. Which is also why we got him for £11 million instead of £20 million. It's a steal. And we have plenty of time to let him bed in and learn the ropes from the likes of Boly and Felipe. This is a brilliant bit of opportunism on our part, swooping in at the last minute when we spotted a chance to sign one of the best young players in the Championship for a lot less than he's worth.
