Keinan Vincent Joseph Davis

Martel Maxwell Enjoyer
Imagine the outrage if we signed Davies as the only striker coming in.

Can't Play Left-Back
For an option of the bench I'd take him for 2mill
100% agree as a 3rd choice striker but I fear this is what would happen the first time we brought him on:

Actually I would have liked us to have got him - would do a job for the last 20 mins or so and hopefully that would have stopped him getting injuried as much - would prefer him over Wood

I don't get wanting him back, no other Prem clubs looked at him, Watford who could afford him don't want him for a relatively small fee.

He's not good enough for this level, we need to be looking to get better than what we have not decent Championship level.

Bringing him in last summer seemed a good idea, given what were trying to build at the time but Villa over-estimated both his market value and our desire to sign him permanently. I reckon if that'd been reasonable and said like £5m.. £7m.. we'd have took the plunge. I could have seen him doing okay, don't think he's a Premierleague player and it seems like other clubs don't either but for them Championship defenders? Like a hot knife through butter. But in their greed, they're selling the guy for a million instead of getting 5-7m off us last year.

Always like to see Keinan doing well, but yeah, we had our time together.

You always need bench options though. I think he’s a cheap bench option. He’s definitely got certain attributes that can give defenders a tough time, last 20 against tired legs or to give Taiwo a break. I just think at £2m it is worth it.

So we have to drop Wood then, who has a better record at this level.

We only have a 25 man squad, we have no room for sentimentality or players that aren't any better than what we have already.

I like Keinan a lot, but I think he needs to be playing regularly to kickstart his career at this point and he wouldn't get that here. A move to a Championship club where he'll start most weeks is what he needs at this stage. A really good signing for Hull at that price.

He wouldn't get on the bench. We'd literally be pissing the fee and his wages up the wall.

Yeah fair comments. You are probably all right.

It’s a funny one because I think Ashley is right, he probably needs to play regularly to be in full swing. The problem is whenever he plays regularly he seems to have injuries.

I just don’t know if becoming a specialist coming off the bench would suit him in a way.

He was the right guy at the right time for Forest but time moves on and needs change. Maybe the fan base can move on too...
We'll move on when Pratley signs for us.

It took us getting promoted for our fans obsession with Oliver Burke to end, and I've still been seeing people on social media pining for Djed Spence despite us looking like signing a World Cup winning Argentina international who plays in Djed's position.

So I'm not holding my breath when it comes to some of our fans moving on either. :ROFLMAO:

We need an Obsessives XI, something like...

Henderson
Spence
Shorey
Lascelles
Dawson
Pratley
Whittingham
Garner
Burke
Davis
Danns
