Based on what I've seen on twitter, the relegation buyout clause expires before the end of the window so if we really want him then we have to go for it and forget about Sangare.

If Forest signed a player for a substantial fee and wages who will be unavailable for at least the best part of 2-months, you'd be absolutely f***ing insufferable on here.

However, if another club does it you use it as stick to beat Forest with. Unbefuckinglievable.

I do feel maybe Forest might be concerned about signing an injured player. Richards sadly looks permanently broken. It’s likely this has also left the club being extra careful about signing injured players going forward.

Imagine we sign him and he breaks down before even playing for us. The outcry would be immense.

Good player or not, he played half a season for a team that got relegated from the division we are striving to stay in.

hes currently injured.
he won’t be playing till October at best.

if we get beaten to his signature I’m not sure I’ll be all that bothered. Obvs if we miss out on sangare and all our other alternatives we’ll be saying we missed out big time but we are trying to push the standards up to above; just got relegated!
