Yeah, he will likely have some absolute clangers this season but at the same time probably completely change Man United's ability to play through teams. He will just run past players like Maguire himself to start an attack, absolute nut job.

Just a thought, but if his 'people' are discussing potential terms with our hierarchy, it would possibly suggest an agreement is at least close with PSV regarding a fee, otherwise what would be the point of them traveling to Athens?

Not necessarily, whilst we certainly need the clubs permission to talk to him, its entirely up to them if and when they say yesit could mean a deal is close, or it might not mean anything, it depends how PSV prefer to do things
