I genuinely feel for Ten Hag. He's proven he's the real deal. And you have to try and sort this f***ing mess out. So many who are under achieving it's silly.

Football was, is and always will be cyclical. Teams rise, teams fall.

All the money has done is to stave off the inevitable.

This is the demise of Manchester United.

It couldn't happen to a nicer team or a more deserving set of fans.

And it's f***ing glorious.

I do too. But he cannot sort out the morale and build a team if people at the top are such a shambles and have zero integrity.

Nothing is aligned at United. I'm just really glad we've got our backroom team in place where everyone is on the same page with the manager.

It is clear Ten Haag won’t be challenging Klopp or Pep in terms of management. I am not one for judging managers quickly but I have never seen a manager so naive.

Alarm bells should have been ringing when they signed two defenders from the Dutch league, one of them 5 foot 9 - and then to play him against Ivan Toney is hilariously ignorant management.

The Man Utd players don’t give a shit, we all know that - they are so weak. Why is Rashford still playing for them? I wouldn’t even want him at Forest.

I would genuinely sack him.

Rashford makes Dimitar Berbatov look like Mo Farah. I can’t believe he is still playing for them, the laziest player I have ever seen.

It is a real shame we don’t play them early.

Playing Eriksen in a deep lying playmaker role when you have James Garner is ridiculous too.

He really should be giving Garner a chance. The guy has more fight in him than the whole starting 11 combined.

United aside. Burnley have pulled a blinder getting £20m from Everton for Dwight McNeil. The bloke’s scored 3 goals in the past two seasons and looked so lethargic today. Makes you wonder why on earth they didn’t go in for Dennis at that price, especially given his similar (better) statistic profile to Richarlison last season.

I really don't think Garner's got much of a chance of making it there unless some injuries force Ten Hag's hand - he's neither an "established" player with at least PL experience like the starting 11 today (for all the good they were) nor is he one of Ten Hag's newcomer's who have his confidence - he's caught between the two if Ten Hag was looking to put another midfielder in he'll go for van de Beek.. (course now he'll put him on next ...)

To lift the nation's spirit after this humiliation, president Xi will be invading Taiwan tomorrow.

It's so noticeable how well drilled and spirited teams like Brentford and Brighton are in comparison to Man United these days.

It's no surprise the aforementioned have beaten United, because they treat every game like a cup game and are well run clubs.

United are just so weak mentally as a collective.
