Virgin Highlights

I actually think their last goal was disallowed for their number 6 holding on to Wes Morgan.

Whatever, I don't care! :D

Also, pause the video as Atwell blows the whistle to give the penalty, it's just before Addison heads the ball.

That's fair.

Yeah I've got the FW highlights, he does blow the whistle before it goes in the goal (again). I don't really see too much wrong to be honest... though two Derby players perhaps prevent Breckin from getting to the ball by jumping into him.

Either way, great decision ;D

its anybodies guess why atwell disallowed the second effort, so this is my personal view, Addison had a push/tug on Matts arm just prior to them jumping and then the sheep no.7 backed into him when he was in the air therefore impeding his ability to put an effective challenge in! I think Wes and the sheep no.6 was a 50/50 tussle.

Surely the exact reasoning will be in the official report from the ref.

The match reports from the official sites have to acknowledge the official reports, so it might be worth reading one of them.

Match report just says push, which is a bit inconclusive,

Not sure how you go about getting hold of the actual referees report. I imagine they have to be submitted somewhere.

Not sure if anyone's mentioned this before...

On the Sky replays you can see Fat Judas appealing to the ref as soon as Chambers 'handballs'. Ref blows his whistle and Commons (with back to goal) then applauds the ref, just as the ball is sailing into the net...

I wonder if the ref would have been so quick to blow had it not been for the lardy one's protests :)

Commons wanted the ref to blow for full time so he could get home for his roast beef.

Would he not have had roast lamb for Sunday lunch (or is that technically cannibalism?).

Whatever it was I'm sure it tasted extremely bitter :)

I noticed that in the pub when we were watching it. He was the only Derby player seemingly happy at being given the penalty!

I still think the sending off looks harsh, I absolutely hate Leacock as well, he comes running over to get into the thick of it, what a t**t, he is s**t as well.

I think their goal looks a fraction offside when the ball is first put in, no one mentioned that at all, also there was a moment when Bywater came out and claimed a ball that looked like it might have gone out of the box, I don't even remember seeing a reply of that on Sky...

Brilliant reaction from the forest fans for the goal, on Sky they were they only ones I could hear, brilliant.

Bring on the City Ground return....

Leacock was a COCK with Garner! But why was Bywater in on the action running all that way to get a fellow pro sent off

Yeah i noticed Bywater running as well, what a pr*ck, what happened to that rule that if players influence the ref they get booked, mind you i think crazy old Attwell made up the rules as he went a long....
