At least the OP has used the old estate agent showing a 'football player' around Nottingham line to make it a bit more interesting although I cannot remember the last time one of these type of rumours actually happened at Forest?

Yes, but that rumour was posted by the person who lives on the left hand side of the estate agents parents.
This one is posted by the person on the right hand side and is much more believable!
