They also showed a cricket score that had Yorkshire’s innings as 27456 for 8 declared or something.

Those goal diffs look a bit dodgy. How have Sheff U got +27?

All the points and GD are actually 'in excess of what Derby County achieved in their record breaking season'

No, it was reports of racist incidents to Yorkshire Constabulary.

I'll be wearing my Brentalona/Forest half and half scarf until the end of the month. Hoping they put Sheff Utd neck deep into the Champ then do us a favour against both Luton and Everton. Even with just the 2 points off, Everton are right back in the fight.

Everton. We are the filling in their Chelsea(A) and Liverpool(H) sandwich. We'll also have an extra couple of day's rest before going there. A result either way would be huge.

Luton. I can't see them getting much on the road with final matches at Man City, Wolves and West Ham. Maybe a point or 2 at best. At home I can see them getting another win against any of Brentford, Everton and Fulham. Fulham will be in proper on the beach mode so 4 or 5 points from those would make 7 total.

We have to at least match what they do, unless Everton implode. Wolves this weekend is massive. Not just the points, but the mental blow to Luton should we open the gap again and Everton as a win would see us leapfrog them for a few days at least.

The more I study the fixtures, and I've studied them so much recently, the more I see it going right down to the last game. Just hope Burnley are gone by then.

Luton Town must be the first club in history to have their main relegation rivals be docked a combined 12 points, thus moving them out of the relegation zone on two occasions, yet still find a way to moan and make out as if they've been hard done by :ROFLMAO:

Just take the good fortune and stop being weird.
In fairness, Townsend does make some good points - with regards to the League Table being completely pointless to look at with hearings and appeals not likely to be finalised until well after the final ball has been kicked.

Agreed.

f*** Luton, but the whole thing is a mess.

It's basically made the table pointless for sides down the bottom until people in power simply decide where they finish. Totally devalues the game in the worse way possible.

All the owners of the club's down there should be looking at forming a new league tbh.

This seems to be some timely good trolling from our media team, have we ever marked the occasion before?

I honestly didn't mind Luton, but they are definitely getting the "edit" of being a good news story. In truth they have been the least awful out of three awful promoted teams and are still in the chase because of points deductions and the furore surrounding those deductions.

Brilliant. We've definitely upped our game in that department since the feeble "pack of Wolves" attempt.

Hopefully we can do the business on the pitch from here on to troll them again going forward lol.
