Agreed-dare I say Forest face another struggle if we stay up (given that we’ll probably have to
flog off at least one of our top stars to satisfy the insatiable greed of the ‘big 6’ and TV companies).
Yeah if we continue to ship goals so easily we'll struggle again.

Even despite the fact we've been poor for long periods of the season though I still think we'd be very comfortable now if we'd had Sels in from the start. There was a period where Turner was costing us every single game.

It’s great that we appear to have got a reliable goalkeeper at last.

Morning guys, ready and strapped in for another long day of watching other results,

TBH as shit as being in a relegation battle is, it is A BIT exciting isn't it

The Luton game is massive today-if they lose I reckon our chances of survival take a
significant improvement but if they win the heat is back on us.
I’m going for a 2-0 Bournemouth win.

Completely agree.

I'd love to see how many points the gifted goals (or in Vlachs case absent-goals) have cost us. If Sels had arrived when Coops was here in the summer, then I reckon we'd be sat where Palace are now. Not quite out of it, but a damn sight more comfortable.

It's mental that it took us 18 months in the Prem to actually own a Prem level keeper lol.

Burnley’s next 3 games are crucial to them and they could pick up plenty of points: Everton A Brighton H and Sheffield Utd A, they need to win 2 and draw 1 to be above us and that also depends on us picking up no points from Spurs Wolves and Everton. Burnley then have Man Utd A Newcastle H and Spurs A where they are unlikely to get more than a couple of points if any. Their goal difference is also 20 worse than ours. If we need a point from the final game to stay above them we probably deserve to go down if we fail, as we will have gone on a very poor run over the next 6 games to get ourselves in that position.

Well just off the top of my head there's the Arsenal and Spurs games. Then gaffes against Liverpool away and United at home that didn't actually affect the outcome. Then there are goals he definitely should've done better with that would've saved us points like Brentford at home.

We’
21 points dropped from a winning position, plus 4 points deducted, means we "could" have been 25 points better off this season!

Need to learn from this, and I believe that we are. Keep this team together for next season and I'll be happy,
We’d be sixth which is about right… according to our ambitious owner

Just not playing half the season with tweedledum or tweedledee in goal should do the trick!

Forest win, good. Forest lose, bad. That's about all I can muster.

I can't see Luton or Everton losing today but Villa should beat Brentford, bringing them within our reach.
We just need a bit of luck and we'll be ok.

The bottom will be very interesting next season. It's a long way off but you'd expect all 3 promoted sides to be much more competitive than this year's lot. Whoever survives out of Everton and Luton will surely struggle again too.
General consensus was that Burnley would be comfortable this season and they spent £100M plus on top.
