Years ago I once got a regular bus from Elland Road back to the station. Me and my mate were very much keeping our heads down (it was full of Leeds meatheads), when the Forest team coach came past. A couple of other lads suddenly started giving it You Reds! and promptly got the shit kicked out of them.

My number 1 memory of Bristol City is the rather large kick off on Radcliffe Road when they smashed up that pub (Amici’s?) after a League 1 game. Number 2 is the League Cup semi final when there was a little bit of rain

Still drying out after the Semi Final, a couple of other skirmishes down that lane opposite the ground where the buses went before their pub burnt down .

I think Bristol City would need a huge drop off to get dragged in to a relegation battle.

What a lot of teams have had Cup glory and league heartbreak.
I wonder if we will be adding to the list.
With goalkeepers like we have, I think getting to the final may be out of reach.
And with the goalkeepers we have, league heartbreak may be on the cards.

Got tickets for this for me and the eldest (13). He’s been desperate to go to an away game for ages! Hope it’s a decent match, great atmosphere and a win.

Bristol City away is up there with one of the best away games you can do for me. Good ground, behind the goal, decent stadium walkable from the city centre, Bristol itself is a good city (Great night out next time you don't take the 13 year old!).

Time to forget Brentford and PSR for a while, it’s now time to get back to the FA cup and the dismissal of the Bristol bashers then onto the next round in the quest for more silverware and glamour.
On paper this should be a walk in the park with a 0-3 scoreline at halftime allowing the returning MGW to be substituted to be ready for the Arsenal game a few days later. We have enough talent to demolish these and that’s what I think will happen, no extra time etc which would be helpful.
Baring any new injuries should be the same side as last time to start with, changing things up a bit after the game is over in the second half.

The only thing that worries me a bit is their fouling, just hope there are no further injuries after the game as we really don’t need any more right now
