If you're thinking of the Wells chance I've got a feeling he had an issue later on.I just watched the match highlights. Not a very good performance, up against a mid table Champo side. Judging by the match stats and highlights. Felipe looks like he has lost a step or two.
Bristol played some nice football in both games, knocked it about nicely, better than us for large parts. Watching them against Leeds last week at their place they never really got going as Leeds pressed with intensity and just didn't allow them time to knock it around and gain confidence. This is constantly by biggest gripe with us, we don't play with high energy and get tight enough to the opposition allowing them to move the ball far to easily which has cost us plenty of goals.

We always look jaded, seldom press, and give opponents lots of time space to play.Bristol played some nice football in both games, knocked it about nicely, better than us for large parts. Might I respectfully suggest that if you weren't at the game last night that you don't watch this.........or fast forward to the penalties.Full match is now on youtube, with no commentary.
Who would you have played instead of Wood for that stretch of games?I mean, Nuno could have adapted his tactics to omit the need for someone in that role for 1 cup game, but either way it's done now and I'm just hoping that MGW's excessive minutes don't come back to bite us in the arse like overplaying Wood has.
Last night early in the second half it was obvious we were playing for the draw and that was proved by getting 5 out of 5 it shows we practiced more for the draw and that's what the players went out to doWe always look jaded, seldom press, and give opponents lots of time space to play.
As for stopping the cross… Cloughie would be devastated.
If anything was going to put some (much needed) confidence into turner, that was it.
See previous answers.Who would you have played instead of Wood for that stretch of games?

I watched just to see how Gardner did.
He did alright.
I want him to do really well because his post match interview is one of the best interviews from one of our youngsters.Hopefully a gem for the very near future.
I’ve found Barry Davies‘ forum account!Just look at his face and his body language and how he says everything.
Even at 50 I think I would act the same.
One of our very own, Grass.I want him to do really well because his post match interview is one of the best interviews from one of our youngsters.
It wasn't polished but it was just full of unbridled joy.
You do it see it with some young players of other clubs and some of our own over the years where they actually seem like they know what to say and how to say it after going through all the media training. Nothing wrong with that but the honesty of his love for the club showed.
