I'm not calling for Pearce's head, at all. He has 2 years to access his squad, make his transfers and get his team sorted, and sacking him after 4/5 months would be ludicrous. Fawaz may have sacked other managers at pretty bad times, but this would be the worst, even after the S'OD sacking IMO.
He has people around him to advise him now, and no doubt they are all advising him to stick with Pearce.
