He just looks top level at the minute doesn't he?

He's grown an aura, he is an absolute nightmare for defenders and he absolutely knows it. There is no reason he can't do a Toney / Mitrovic this season, infact I think he will.

I was trying to temper expectations in the summer of people saying he will get 15-20 goals but he looks like he will get to that figure at the minute. So good, and don't think I have seen him miss a chance this calendar year, even the disallowed goal was taken so well.

He’s become my favourite Forest player, an absolute monster, he just swats defenders out the way like they aren’t there.

Pace, power, and goals. Lots and lots of goals.

The lad has shown absolutely the form I saw from him in the Bundesliga, and if anything, he’s getting better.

Please let him stay fit….

His pace is certainly underestimated. Lads total quality, what’s not to love.

Given the level of muscle he's currently carrying, he's showing great pace. That will certainly have been noted by oppositions doing prep work, but combating it effectively will be challenging for them.

He just needs to continue to keep doing exactly what he's doing at the moment and if he stays fit, he should get the minutes to get him into the 15-20 goal bracket this season.

He's already proved he's in the 15-20 goals bracket for me, just has to stay fit.

The 26-year-old scored on his second appearance last season but really found his stride during the run-in, bagging six goals in four games and cementing himself as Forest’s premier striker.

In fact, during the entire 2022-23 season, his stats dominated his team-mates, netting every 141 minutes, which was on pace for 24 goals over the whole campaign had he played in every game.

His shot conversion rate was excellent too, scoring with 29% of his efforts, the second best behind Erling Haaland of all forwards who managed six or more Premier League goals.

All this when fit of course. He missed nine games with a groin problem last year.

When available, he’s proved himself to be a Premier League force.

Also, loved his Bebeto-esque goal celebration, in honour of the recent birth of his son, Isaac.

Yeah that is the weird thing. He seems to have added loads of muscle and somehow managed to get quicker as well.

Compare him to when he first joined and his progression has been immense.

That goal v Arsenal was very very special, picks up the ball deep in our half then matches Elanga for pace before dtopping off his man and slotting it home.

If youre a CH playing agsinst him, youre shitting your pants.

Pace, Power, great finisher and good in the air. Whats not to love?

Mid way through the second half when the ball was hit up to him with no Forest player within 50 yards, I love how he turned, knocked the ball ahead, sprinted and powered his way through the Sheff United defence only to be tackled/fouled before he got his shot away. It was Drogba-esque.

I think they did strength work with him in the first half of the season to help him do the physical stuff like backing into defenders.

I remember last season when I used to claim he was a £50m player to derision.

Now I think that figure might be double what I thought last year. Seems ridiculous but he's a one man machine who does everything well.

Bold but apart from Haaland there's no other striker in this league I'd rather have.

Please say fit.

Can’t argue with that.

He’s probably the best striker I’ve seen in my life time, I was too young to see Stan and he’s not an arsehole like PVH.

I hope he stays with us forever but I suspect someone in the European places will be watching him tearing it up and test our resolve sooner rather than later.

the transfer window isn't closed yet so the more goals he score in the infancy of this new season, one of the top 6 or saudi clubs might come calling with a stupid offer.
