As for omar all last year he suckered me into responding to him I muted him this year more to stop myself falling into his trap and me replying unfortunately you can still see he has posted but not what it is but it definitely takes away the need to reply I have nothing personal against him and he actually used to make me laugh sometimes so decided more for my own sanity its better he's on ignore

I've no idea how many years I've been a member of this forum now - but there have definitely been times where I should have just blocked certain posters.
At this point I've pretty much seen everything before and it's all calm, whatever they post.
For some reason Twatter and Facebook wind me up far more.

Whist my problems are insignificant when compared to what you must be going through, when my divorce went through after 28 years of being together this forum stopped me from having a nervous breakdown .
I hope you continue to post on here for many years to come, as you are one of the major contributors , and greatly add to the personality of the forum.

I saw this at 5am and was gobsmacked, I very nearly got involved but I couldn't understand what it was about, seemed very harsh and quite unusual for the poster too.

I can honestly say you're a great poster mate and its obvious you're a true gent, you never get involved in any beef, keep yourself to yourself and keep everyone feeling hungry, you are the last poster I'd expect anyone to get upset about. I wouldn't say you're the best poster on here, but you're certainly in the top 1

This forum has also helped me a lot recently. While my issues are nowt compared to my good friend Rocka I've been issued with a Section 21 to say I have to leave my flat before November 20th. I know all the legal rights I have but it's no fun not knowing where you're going to be living. After I've looked for somewhere to live every day it's straight to here for info and joviality. Today I've been told EMH have offered me a bungalow( to be named Bill) in Borrowash. Okay it's a bit close to the opposition but I'm very thick skinned. Thanks to this forum for seeing me through MY dark times. Trev AKA Duncan Mckenzie. P.S I'm off to the pub

I would absolutely urge anyone that's not read "Tunnel of love" in the Gold section of this forum to read it too.

It took me days to get through but is an absolute brilliant read, it gives a ridiculously good description of Rockas life, really addictive, as if its been written by an actual author.

I'm back home safe and sound (from my bone marrow op). I'd just like to say I'm truly humbled by all of your comments and good wishes.

I'm sure the poster that made those abusive comments probably now feels a bit of tit. I'm willing to let bygones be bygones and it's all forgotten now and it's time to move on. Life's too short.

Now I think some good might have come from this episode and lessons have hopefully been learned by us all. One good thing that has come from this is....

TODAY THERE HAS ACTUALLY BEEN A CEASE FIRE ON THE LTLF BATTLE FIELD!

So from now on... I declare today and every other 1st of November as Cease Fire Day... It's Nice To Be Nice.
