Not the game to bring him back in if Warbo was serious about continuing the cup run in my opinion.

I think it was blatantly obvious that we had no desire as a club to continue on with a cup run, we'd given up before seeing their teamsheet with our own selection.

Would be interested to hear people's opinion who criticised Dougie for hanging Tyler Walker out to dry, when Warburton basically did the same with him and 2 or 3 others on the night.

Other than the 3rd, Not sure I would have expected Smith to save any of them either.

The defending on those first two is utterly shambolic. It gets worse every time you see it.

Severely injured in his very first game for Portsmouth. Will they now make you take him back based on the Federici precedent?

Feel quite sorry for the chap. Seems to be very unlucky, he lost his place originally in the Forest side because of an injury after being on good form.

Bloody hell - we get rid of a broken biscuit and find he has returned, even more broken.
Caveat Emptor.
(And no, he can't play left back).

When a goalkeeper who has played for a while gets a muscular injury on the very first game he plays, this is usually not attributed to bad luck but to inadequate training.

According to my new best friend, John McGovern, while Henderson was unlucky with injury he also had an attitude problem when he he came back after the injury, and that got worse as he found himself consigned to the bench.

You don't want moaners hanging around the place. They only end up draining everyone else with their constant negativity.

So if the above is true, I wouldn't have him back.

Federici didn't even arrive at Forest before he was injured. He was injured on international duty.

Hendo, on the other hand, was injured playing for another club while on loan. They can take care of his lunch bill.

It all depends on how they go about their business, I'd rather have a bench full of 'moaners' pissed off they are not starting over people happy to be getting splinters in their arse.

He was doing so well before he got injured as well... 2 goals conceded to Doncaster, 14th in the table, when you loan a keeper from a club in the division above.

Saying that, even though Vlad was a bit pony if we had the traffic cone in goal we would probably have been relegated like Charlton the season before. At least Vlad made some saves.

So we've basically swapped Henderson for Steele?

Another great bit of business.

And remarkably bad business by Bristol.

Henderson surely has to go down as one of our worst keepers? At least Stojkovic had the odd stormer.

Or maybe I am being harsh?

He was unlucky getting injured when he did but in the games he did play he hardly covered himself in glory, largely flappy and uncommanding
