Right. Then I guess all the people at UEFA don't understand what a good ref is either. How many international tournaments has he fooled people over now? Six maybe? Taylor is obviously a very clever fella, to fool so many people for so long.I disagree there - in the position of the two players and ball it was as obvious a pen as can be, and the ref should have called it. Because he didn't we then go down the 'clear and obvious' route, meaning the var has to disagree with him, which he didn't. Also, I don't class Taylor as a good ref.
Hes an ex Prison Officer, hes used to fooling people when hes meant to be working.Right. Then I guess all the people at UEFA don't understand what a good ref is either. As I’ve posted before VP, this is a frequent - and expected - thing in the Bundesliga. If they came out and spoke to the public, just like the manager and players are forced to do, often very soon after a really tense and fraught game, it would make such a difference.
I'm sure they are all capable of reffing well.Right. Then I guess all the people at UEFA don't understand what a good ref is either. How many international tournaments has he fooled people over now? Six maybe? Taylor is obviously a very clever fella, to fool so many people for so long.
If he could just get the key decisions for us correct I might be a bit more forgiving...Right. Then I guess all the people at UEFA don't understand what a good ref is either. Talking them down was the right thing to do but imagine if they had. The third incident would have happened afterwards, it would have almost proven a massive point.
But it's not as if the 4th official does anything unless your name is Britt AssombalongaMe neither, but it's also the case that Stroud has been a Luton Town fan since boyhood.
He managed to get one of our coaching staff booked. But it's not as if the 4th official does anything unless your name is Britt Assombalonga
The fact that he's not European but lives in Europe should make him even more qualified to officiate. He's Australian, if that makes any difference - not sure if working in England is enough to be nominated.
We'd do well to get into the City penalty area, we won't be troubling VAR for this one.We have Simon Hooper on Sunday, with Peter Bankes on the VAR.
They are keeping Tierney, Attwell, Jones and Taylor out of our sphere.
So we can only hear the audio in private, eh?
What have they got to hide?

I admire your optimism but I don't think would need to.But City probably will

They did try to point out to Tierney he didn't know the drop ball rule. But it's not as if the 4th official does anything unless your name is Britt Assombalonga
Leeds would have brought more missiles.I really would have liked Ally McCoist to expand on his comments this morning. If he thinks that “at best they (Leeds) were unlucky”, what is he implying that the worst case scenario was?

Ryan will be over the moon... He did the Spurs game a couple of weeks ago where he was assaulted by Maddison and also the 2-1 vs Arsenal (at home)Interesting; wonder if Hooper has improved since his high profile mistakes earlier on in the season. Some might say he favours Man U, and Spurs...
