I don't think the numbers are anything to go by tbh. Gillet is number 4 and Hobbs is 25, Cox 31 and Rady 28... the numbers don't mean anything anymore.
Should be like Sunday league, the numbers 1 - 18 are given to the players just before the game depending on whether they are playing and where on the pitch

No, but last year they told us we had to give Lascelles and some others lower numbers when we gave them numbers in the 40 range originally.
