It's a strange one with Souness. My mate worked at Sky Sports and said he was arrogant and obnoxious.

When you meet someone with a hard reputation, and if something happens in their life which opens their soul, it can change perceptions.

I think people generally are closed off to others unless they trust them. Well done Souness.

Reminded me of a programme I watched years ago with Nell McAndrew called "The boy who's skin fell off". McAndrew was reduced to tears in that too.
