Snatchday 1: Nottingham Forest Vs the PGMOL

There is very good defence here for forest though. As per the PGMOL's own rules, each referee has to declare who they support or if a family works at a club. This means the PGMOL themselves are implying that there could be bias and/or conflict in taking charge of matches with an associated club.

Therefore why is wrong for Forest to infere this but not for the PGMOL to do so?
Because there's a vast legal difference between accepting that X is possible and should be prevented and implying that a specific identifiable individual is guilty of X. To take it out of the football context, MPs have to declare their interests which implicitly accepts that they might be influenced by those interests. But if I say that a particular named MP has voted in a certain way because of his interests, that's actionable.

I'm not on youtube so I don't know, but on the 30 or so minutes I spent on twitter my estimate was about 75% laughing Stock 25% Martin Luther.

My personal WhatsApp messages though are a cesspit of laughing Stock and worse. But youbl reap what you sow, etc.

But we'll see.

It’s brilliant because Forest have boxed them in. If they don’t or can’t release then there you go… if they do, it will expose them in their f**ked up decision making.

They asked for a fight
The first couple will be “insufficient force”, “arm in natural position” blah, blah, blah. Ignoring the numerous precedents this earlier this season, and even later the same afternoon, but whatever. Shrug.

The third one is the killer though. I’m dying to know how he justified the decision on the tackle behind from CHO where he gets none of the ball though.

I’m going to keep on repeating game theory.. sorry

Forest are spot on with going for right now, don’t hold up and keep drip feeding the f*** up on twatter, maximum impact, maximum effect. It’s a good strategy

Think it's the worst thing we can do, all this drama off the pitch at the very time when the players and supporters should be concentrating on the most important thing, getting a bloody win from somewhere. These lot are flakey enough as it is, let's not provide them with any more excuses to not perform due to the circus that is currently NFFC!
I'm as pissed off as everyone else about the decisions yesterday, scandalous, but I don't want the aftermath to hang over the club like a bad smell until the end of the season, we've said our piece.

Maybe the if refs could focus on giving correct decisions we wouldn't be in this position, now would we?

A couple of points:
- on Twitter there have been a lot of fans agreeing that we’ve been shafted by a shit ref & VAR. I would have expected more to be against us as most fans dislike every other club, especially one in the PL.
- I think it was a smart move to ask for the Referee/VAR voice record of the game. That does corner the PGMOL. Then we’ll know the effort they put in to looking at the 3 penalty calls.

You surely can't be expecting sensible comments on twitter or whatever it's called now. I looked a that about a year ago. Gave up after a month, Facebook is worse and ill admit politics on you tube is not much better. Tomorrow on there won't be worth bothering with as the flag shaggers will be out in force.
