In 79/80 Francis was injured. We were so low on forwards, as Woodock had gone to Germany, that we had to loan Charlie George, although he played like he was injured in the handful of matches he participated in.

Luckily we're pretty well stocked in that area and whilst nobody wants any player to be out injured, this might force Cooper into a selection he wouldn't have made and it could open the door for someone else to get a good run in the team.

Soh could hopefully make it 'till halftime and it still leaves us options.
I think he's been solid other than the Bournemouth f*** up.
With the amount of defenders we have however, his absence can't be used as an excuse going forward unless we've recruited poorly in that area.
