Out of contract at the end of the season, He started about 3rd choice left back for espanyol this season. He had a bit of luck this season with other players performing badly and getting injured. Managed to force himself into the starting 11 and since then he has started 11 la liga games. Only missing one, where he sat on the bench. He plays for espanyol who are just outside of european spots so in quite a good side. Hes only 19 and has played in just about every spanish national team youth category. Pochettino was the manager to bring him out of the youth team to train with the first team.
