I think even the biggest Osong fan would see his potential as being an good League One / average Championship player at best, and reaching that level is far from guaranteed. He's nowhere near even that yet.

pretty common for 18 yr old lads to be either at or close to their final height, and 6'1 isn't amazingly tall. I can't remember which one it was but we played Blackburn a few years ago and they had both Branthwaite and THB on loan at a similar age and one was already well over 6' tall and stacked like Murillo with it as well, didn't really look like a kid playing. And they have that Wharton lad who's about to leave for the PL by the looks of it who's 19 and looks pretty solid for it as well.
Don't think i'm much taller now than at that age and probably the same applies for most on here.

Another of your uninformed, pointlessly-negative comments. You have absolutely no knowledge of this lad and obviously even less of Osong.
Ribeiro has clearly arrived to help address a lamentable quality gap in the current development squad.
It's the kind of signings we should be making, youngsters with huge potential. We can talk about song or mighten but I don't see either in a prem side. If we want players that are the finished article and premier league quality it's gonna cost north of 30 million a player and we definitely ain't there yet.
