Re: What's up with Laryea?
If he doesn't make it as a Forest player they should turn the thread title into a talk show

Kaylyn said she is friends with Laryea. I'll happily volunteer to accompany her if he brings her over when he's doing his match duties. In fact I'll happily accompany all of them because it's the right thing to do to ensure they are looked after. They seem like lovely ladies with great football knowledge so a chat with all 3 would be lovely. I guess I'll I'm just a really good guy.Wouldn't have thought so ?
Suspect some of these lads are for next season when the loans go back. And though I suppose NA isn't too culturally dissimilar to England he still has to move over, settle in etc and get used to the club, his team mates, style of play etc. It's quite rare recently that new signings go straight into the team especially if they have come from abroad.
In terms of full backs we do still have Bong at the club, Colback has covered there this season and probably will on Friday, and Fin Back would probably get another chance if needed too.
Don't think we will see him in the first team this season
I guess a lot depends on where his fitness is at. Wasn't his last regular league game in the US back in November or something like that? We're effectively having to put him through pre-season training since he arrived.

We are, but he's now been here 2 months, which is longer than a typical pre-season would last.
He also played for Canada last month, lasting the full 90 in two major games for them, and so has had decent competitive minutes recently.
At the very least I would want him to get some minutes off the bench.
He’s just stuck to the bench, he prob knows that too considering how good Spence is and how consistent Lowe is too.
If he expected anything else than what has happened, that would be ridiculous honestly.
Yes I don't think anybody would have him starting.
And Cooper doesn't seem to sub his fullbacks so he can't have complaints of others playing ahead of him.
I'm not saying that hes complaining, but I don't have any sympathy for players that come in and whinge they aren't getting a game, particularly when the side is playing well and being successful.
He'll get his chance-and under a regime like Coops its best that hes fully prepared when that opportunity comes along because he will likely get a chance to make it stick but on the other hand if he underwhelms he could be in the shadows for some time.

Lowe is ineligible tonight.
I doubt Laryea will start in such a big game as tonight’s is.
However, I hope he gets a seat on the bench.
When we are 3-0 up with 15 minutes to go, it would be a good time to bring him on.
I know cap I was saying in general he’s not getting in ahead of Lowe.
Ah… I wasn’t sure.
He's been the most noticeable player so far against Costa rica. Canada playing with 10 after getting a man sent off.
Laryea looks a real athlete up and down on the left and absolutely has the right back on toast every time. The RB could've had two yellows but he's been too far away to foul him. Richmond's end product isn't quite there yet and we would hope that's something that can be worked on.
On the flipside, the Canadian commentary and punditry is bollocks. They wondered at half time, 1 nil down if the coach should bring a defender on because they only need a draw. I momentarily wondered if they'd hired Hughton without me realizing. Buchanan from club Brugge looks tidy too.
Edit: MOTM tonight. Canada so unlucky to have not equalized but Laryea involved in everything. Looks good for next season.
