Rhian Brewster & Curtis Jones

This may or may not be complete horsesh*t as the account is pretty sketchy but...

Which has also been run by another account (looks like it has been piggyback off the the original tweet though.

Curtis Jones - https://www.liverpoolfc.com/team/first-team/player/curtis-jones
Rhian Brewster - https://www.liverpoolfc.com/team/first-team/player/rhian-brewster

No doubt Alf will be pulling his hair out over these potential signings but they appear to be two very talented young players. If they can come in and play like Mount and Wilson did for the Sheep, it could be a decent business.

Don't know much about Jones, but Brewster is supposed to be a real talent from what I've heard. An 18 month loan is a bit unusual though (at least in this country anyway).

Both look impressive in the videos I've seen, Brewster in particular, who seems to have excellent finishes for his age.

I don't think you need a player like Jones (or another midfielder for that matter, provided Sow remains fit).

Brewster is a right Cnut, was wearing his champions league medal all over the place in summer and in training giving it the bigen even though I doubt he played a minute.

I’m all for loans, just not arrogant tossers who will no doubt think there above us

Brewster is also considered hugely overrated by some of the Liverpool fan base.

I’m all for taking promising youth from prem clubs, especially in positions we can’t promote our own academy talent to

VfB Stuttgart have had the „highly rated“ Liverpool youngster Nathaniel Phillips, a central defender, on loan for the season.

His loan is being cut-short and he will return to Liverpool in January because he’s been well below the standard required, even in the 2. Bundesliga.

Brewster's highly regarded though, wasn't a million miles away from making the squad cut this season if I remember correctly.

He can't be any worse than Mir...

I read it was because Liverpool wanted cover for van Dijk and Gomez due to injuries, read into it what you like ;)

As for Brewster, class player, but not sure he's what we need, as he's more the short nippy striker and would need a target man type to get anything out of brick shithouse defenders down here. I had him on loan on FM and sold Lewis to WBA because he was 4th choice...

This has just lost me my last strand Gandalf

Muric, Mir & Semedo are young & talented. But they're nowhere near ready for a promotion push. As Ray says, similar to Carvs.

No qualms with them joining though if we still buy the handful of quality Champ players we need to go up like Grosicki.

One things for sure, they'd come here to win from the off. Not be developed/ Not get time. They're not our players, we reap no benefit from developing them. They come here to be better than every other option we have, and look like players who'd walk into a top 6 side from day 1. Few games for fitness? Fair enough, but the raw ingredients have to be there & ready. That's the whole point in loans, it's about time the club woke up to it.

Hopefully there is no truth whatsoever in this.

If we really are making such considerations then it would be concretye proof that our owners haven't got a f***ing clue.

They might have the greatest potential of any player available, but we've seen with the likes of Chalobah, for example, that potential means the square root of f*** all on the pitch.

Let's consign this to twitter bullshit and pray that those tasked with delivering some quality to the first team squad are aiming higher than a couple of Scouse tossers.

More chance of Rihanna, Bruce Sprringsteen, Curtis Mayfield and Grace Jones

Forest would certainly Move On Up the table if that were the case!

Curtis Jones would waltz straight into any championship side based on what I saw him do to Everton y’day. Hopefully it’s ours!

So the Egyptian Liverpool fan club isn't a reliable source? Well blow me down with a feather .
