Linked by a popular Argentinian journalist, who is followed by the likes of Fabrizio
Nottingham Forest is the club that wants to buy Ramón Sosa, a player from Talleres and the Paraguay National Team.
There are already negotiations between the parties to discuss amounts and percentages of the possible transfer.
So maybe I am ignorant but Talleres is an Argentinian club, which I didn't know which is why the journalist is reporting on it.
He is a pacey left winger with some decent stats, and there is a good report about him at
Played at the Copa, where Paraguay lost all 3 matches but he scored in the loss to Costa Rica, and assisted in another match.
Seems his agent has been putting his name out there, and been linked with Chelsea (who were not interested) and Leicester

This one feels a little underwhelming, especially if it’s 15m.
He’s 25 next month, highlights look pretty meh, doesn’t have a great scoring record or anything.
Hopefully I’m wrong but just doesn’t feel like an impactful signing at all.

Highlights videos have to be taken with a pinch of salt (see Abdoun), but I have to disagree there mate. The ball flies off his boot on some of those goals - his technique looks good. A lot of the highlights seems to be whilst running at the defence and countering too, which would suit us.

That would explain it - Nuno doing his mate a favour by 'chasing' one of his targets with concrete interest from another club.
Not to say this guy doesn't look a talent, I'm just not sure he's our profile.

There’s nothing there too exciting for me. He’s clearly pretty quick but there’s nothing else leaping out at me given that the standard of defending on show looks conference level at best and at just about 25 he’s probably approaching his peak already.
Couple of swings from distance which look great on the highlights but given his not outstanding goal output you have to question how many other of those shots have ended up in row Z.
As I say, hopefully I’m wrong if he does come, but just nothing to get me particularly excited and I’d be a little disappointed if that’s the best attacking player we bring in this window

He might be a late bloomer - 6 goals and 5 assists in 16 games since the turn of the year.
Maybe Nuno has a preference for undersized wingers too, thinking about signings like Neto and Podence. It might be a specific type of player they're after for whatever reason.

In fairness both would suit me, given the ages of the Brazilian kids.
I'm guessing if there is genuine interest this guy is seen as another impactful option from wide - he's seen as a match winner type at he current level according to the linked report.
