QPR tickets not arrived -Can anyone help??

Evening all, I bought 2 tickets for QPR ages ago but still haven’t received them.

I called the ticket office on Tuesday as I was getting a bit concerned but they said the post had gone out late and if I didn’t receive them by Friday, call back and they’d sort out some emergency tickets to pick up from QPR.

The post hadn’t arrived when I left for work this morning and I had to work late. When I got in the ticket office was closed and they aren’t open tomorrow. No tickets have arrived....

Has this happened to anyone before and if so how did you sort it out?

Failing that, any ideas??

I’m in London by the way, so I can get to the ground in about an hour, which makes things slightly easier I suppose...

Not got any advice but I remember Jonny Owen and Collin Barrett left their tickets in Nottingham and the QPR ticket office were very helpful and sorted them out. Worse case is pay on the gate and claim back the ticket cost?

This happened to me at Boro one year, although I did manage to speak to our ticket office and had to collect them at their ground on the day.

Considering you are local, I'd try going to the ground and show them your booking reference/email. If it's a scan system they should issue you new tickets and cancel the old ones.

So, despite Forest saying they aren’t open on a non home match Saturday, I thought I’d try and call first anyway....

Someone answers, cancels the tickets and orders duplicates for me to pick up from QPR...

Let’s see if it’s that simple in practice (I am a pessimistic bastard). Haha

I've picked up at away grounds on a few occasions. Its very simple.
