I know the personnel has changed since then, but it must be worth writing to the club if nobody has tried that.

They'd surely take a dim view of an advert going out on it's official site asking for deposits from their fanbase for goods still not delivered six years on.

A quick update on Volume 2 of the Forest books. I have been explaining to subscribers that I will be taking delivery of books in the week commencing 18th November. That is still the case.

I did feel under pressure and hoped to get a few advance copies before this weekend to hand out tomorrow. I won’t now be getting these until next week as well so I hope you can wait a few extra days. I will know on Tuesday which day I can bring your copy round.

I have attached a PDF update. Please let me know if you have any problems opening it.

Interestingly, I notice that Forest fan, Andrew Dollaway, has had another book published very recently, "Nottingham Forest In The Sixties - Extra Time".

If it's anything like his first book covering that decade, it's a must-read.
